headliner questions

Need to redo the headliner in the 85 LTD. Is there any source for a new headliner board? (Local guy can replace the fabric no problem)

One in the car is sorta saggy. Ex cop car so I believe it leaked a bit of water onto the board through the small roof holes for the light bar/antennas over the years. Been told I may get away with taking the old one out and wetting it,set something heavy on it and put it out in the sun to bow it back the other way.
Any leads or suggestions?

Finding a headliner board for an LTD may be tuff. I was able to recover mine, but it was still a little warped. I manage to find 3 other LTD's but all of them had warped headliner. They seem to warp more in the back area. You may be able to repair what you have by piecing together other headliner board from other cars.
