The Brand that has your color and sticks well!

3M pinstripe works pretty well if you can get what you need in their assortment. Otherwise I wouldn't be too concerned about the brand. Good prep before installation will assure that virtually any brand will work just fine.

I was always told to wax the car shortly after applying stripes. It helps prevent things from catching the edges and peeling it off. I've had 3M on my car a very long time. It held up in perfect condition for over 15 years even being outdoor.

Just make sure you use something to remove wax and dirt from the area you are putting the sripe on. You can buy wax and grease remover.

I ended up having the last set painted on but the painter used windex to clean before applying. The car hadn't previously been waxed though.

I have a LTD LX and notice the Pinstripe on this car appears to be painted on by the factory? Did Ford paint the Pin Stripe on other cars?

My old 84 vert also had the pinstripes painted on. The best I could tell it was factory also.
