Does the 3.8L have a Camshaft thrust button? What stops it from moving around? Anyone have any pictures?

Umm...if you read the post by Walking-Tall, it says "Ford used a spring loaded cam button to preload the cam BUT IT STILL MADE A CLUNKING SOUND, so Ford switched to a thrust plate." So I would expect a 3.8 with a cam button to make a clunking sound, since they did it when brand new, causing Ford to redesign the whole setup. Doesn't mean yours has one. Obviously we have no way to know that but I still would expect a clunking sound.
