Thumbs up Spot the Fox - Post your day to day Fox Sightings

Seeing Bill post up his daily fox sightings is rather cool in my opinion. So with his post I thought it would be a good idea to have 1 thread dedicated to this....yes? no?

    SOOOOO, I don't car if its a 78 Fairmont, or 93 Cobra...if its a 78-93 foxchassis, post it.

Post up your random daily sightings, BUT you must have a picture to post with your sighting. Just telling us isn't as exciting as seeing them.

This shouldn't be too hard now seeing so many cell phones have camera's now.

In a parking lot, side of the street, anywhere in your daily cruising routine. Not looking for pics from car shows or events...but just out in the public.

NOTE: Also just as it was brought up in conversation, please by no means go purposely trespassing on anyone's private property to get these pictures, we don't want to see any one of you in trouble, or get hurt

    Start shooting and have fun!

Seeing I started this, it would be foolish if I didn't post at least one.

I saw this over the weekend.

    Very nice Dan!

I just edited my top post a bit for what I would like to see.

I am not looking for cars at cruise nights, car shows, events, but more cars just sitting in a lot, out shopping, on a side street, getting gas, etc etc.

Know what I'm saying? Just things you see in your day to day routines.

    Thanks!

Thanks! Great idea Jeff! Hopefully people in the warmer states will post during the winter too. Fox sightings are few and far between when the snow stars falling.

This thread looks cool. It's nice to see these cars in their natural element, not all pretty and cleaned up for a photo.

    Here is today's Fox sighting:

The one on the right looked really clean. It has the smaller gas tank, so I'm guessing it's a '79. It was interesting to see an '86 with early tailights. Next time I'm in this area I'll try to get better pictures.

Today a gorgeous (looked like it just came off the showroom floor) white 86 Mustang GT passed me going the other way and yesterday a beautiful 90ish red ragtop passed me. Sorry, no pics. Just picture in your mind two new looking cars. Stock wheels, everything.

Mike, Thats awesome. All I see is the LRS Fairmont. Tons of potential. I havent seen a Mont like that in over 15 years. Love that white 85 with the chrome FRs.

Now I can post all of my sightings! Here are a few that I have come across in my travels. But these pictures are a bit older, now I'll have to keep my camera ready!

This was across the street from a junkyard. I think it was a Capri, but it had a 79-82 Mustang nose.

This Futura was for sale a while ago. I also most bought it to....but other priorities happened

This 85/86 Convertible was in the parking lot at the mall. Sorry no better pictures as it was to far away and I was going to be late for work. But it was pretty Arizona sun baked.

    Yup a real life Durango.

Here is a T-top bubble back Capri.

I'm with you Bryan, I love that color combo! my first new fox was that color, but, I ordered the gray interior instead of the red. Here's a picture back in the good ole days..I saw a 85 black GT HB and a 91 LX 5.0 Ragtop-red ext and red cloth interior, the LX was perfect, the black GT was a very rough driver...torn u interior etc. but atleast the fella was enjoying it!

Wow, that poor boxtop would make Karl cry. It has a tear in my eye. I would love to see Capris on the road. Those you hardly ever see on the road. I know I see mine

Jeff's pic reminded me of this one. I haven't seen this car in a while but here's a pic from last spring in my rearview. It's a brownish-purplish color 79-82 Capri.
