1982 gt red

This is fully loaded 4 speed car with T-Tops, 140 speedo, AC (needs charging), CC, rear wiper, PL, PW, power hatch release, and USED Recaro seats.

It is currently all original with the exception of the 8.8 rear end with 3:73 gears, KONI Quadra shocks, and dual exhaust setup with Magnaflow H-pipe and cat back, aftermarket radio and Recaro seats. I also have all the original paperwork from the initial sale.

There are small rust spots (size of a quarter on the rear quarters). Underside is solid...some light surface rust. Doors/Hatch are decent (not perfect)... Front seats are used and the door panels need replacing.
Car is now on 86 SALEEN RIKEN mesh wheels and Firestone wide ovals. Also put in a new battery, replaced spark plug wires with new Ford Racing, plugs, MSD cap and rotor. Also replaced power lock actuators.

I hate to let this go but, I have an opportunity to pick up a 1983 loaded CC and I have no room for three so, the 82 has to go.

I apologize. I did read the ad, I see the price with Recaros and one without them. I see a sentence that says the Recaros are out of your Pace Car. So I did read it. Did this car COME with Recaro seats or not? Why would you remove Recaro seats from your Pace Car and sell them. Just curious. Good luck with your sale.

At a minimum you are getting a free bump for your sales ad so don't be mad at me please, LOL. I am more confused now then before. So if you no longer have the stock seats, why is there a price listed for it without Recaros and a picture of it that appears to show them? Does that price not include any seats at all?

EDIT: Okay, nevermind. I think I get it now. the $4,200 is for the restored Recaro seats and the $3,500 is for unrestored Recaros that must obviously have years of wear on them. Got it.

The used Recaros are well used but are all there, I do have new headrest webbing and the seat bottom straps that go with them. The rear seats are in very good condition and just need a good cleaning.

Good luck with the sale Harry. All my cars are in good shape how and I have time for another. I was just telling a friend last week that I wish I had the red gt to work on. If you were closer I would buy her back. Maybe if I play nice with the ex she will store for me in fort worth.

It runs out really good but, that's a long way to drive. I think I would put it on a trailer or ship it to be on the safe side.
