Oh and what class did you (capri) guys register in? 655? it says "655-European - Mercury Capri including Euro Capri" not that there'd be one there but they lump us in with the Ford Capri? Bad enough we gotta be up on Hamburger Hill! (at least we were in '13)

I went, but no car to show off. I drove 2 hours to check it out and maybe find some parts. I did buy a part and sold it for a $95 profit the next day. So that was good. My legs were killing me afterwards. But the weather for that friday was pristine with the exception of a couple of wind gusts that flipped a couple of those temporary tent thingys. Haha!

Two years ago a gust of wind blew one of those canopies across the roof and hood of 65 fastback doing some damage to it. The guy that owned the canopy wouldn't do anything for the guy either.

Well fellow FEP friends we had plan A all worked out to have Paula's 1985 Cougar LS at Carlisle this year but due to some mechanical issues from our transporter F-350 1 of his turbos blew up about 2 hrs from their home and you guessed it the Cougar was left at his house until they went back home to repair it and then drive up to Dearborn,Mi last Friday. That's where we attended another 50th Anniversary for the Cougars. Someday we will be back and as we were set to leave we were given a silver window sticker for being in the Top 50 of being registered early. It would have been a gold 1 if her car would have showed on the field.
