if it is still around this weekend I may come and take a peek. I have absolutely no use for a 4cyl car but it is cool.

If u guys want some ideas on shipping u can always check out uship.com. I have used them 3 times. You get bids from shippers, you can check their reviews and choose the one you like. All 3 deliveries went smooth.
srad2drag I have used a guy who runs up and the 95 corridor he is very reliable and good. he just delivered a car to me last week. he is on uship, his name is vito 774 238-9207
Shipping up and down the east coast is usually pretty cheap by comparison because they are running up and down constantly. Please buy it so I don't!!!!
Just an FYI I bought this car from an 85 yr old man who could not drive anymore so it was parked in 2012. His father bought it new in 1984. It has been driven by seniors since new. The motor turns over but carb needs to be cleaned. Float is stuck. I never intended on driving it as a 4cly so I didn't get it going. It was running and driving when parked.
Ugh!!!!this is killing me

yes I agree the interior is the best part. its a low number combo, but its not for everyone and I'm willing to take it out and sell the car cheaper if that what it takes.
You can consult a shipping broker online and get some estimates -- or I'm sure some of our FEPpers will offer good opinions.
If you are not familiar with shipping vehicles, there are things (extras) to consider -- such as: (1) "top load" so that you car doesn't sit under some leaky vehicle (even though some shippers say that they don't ship leaking vehicles; and (2) "enclosed carrier" for safety. There are other considerations that some Googling will tell you.

Did the interior stay with the car? Man, I hope that one stays the way it came from the factory.
For anyone wondering, was already planning a v8 swap when i bought the car. The engine is absolutely not healthy, so no guilty feelings, and hopefully no mobs with pitchforks!
