    Default Blue collar pace car

I have owned 2 previous foxbody cars in the past. A nice Capri and a 86 that I made into a Saleen replica. Both nice cars. My pace car just seems to draw way more attention and conversation than any of my previous cars did. Mainly blue collar guys like myself. I do electrical work just for the record. I understand that the stripes and lettering do most of the drawing but still its funny how few guys that drive high end cars come up to you and start asking questions. Ford sure did design a cars that drew alot of attention when they did this one but I guess thats the main goal of a pace car is to make it stand out.

I agree, Fox bodies usually stand out in a crowd full of SN-95s, New Edge and S-197s.....then add the colors of the Pace Car and man it refuses to blend into the crowd. I have been looking for one for a while now and I hopefully will be a proud owner of a Pace Car this week. (It will look great next to my 86' SVO).

Its funny how things change in the course of 10-15 years. Back in 2000 I used to see foxbodys running around everywhere but now when you see one its like a rare thing and Ford made a blue billion of them.
