    Default Added hood decals

Put some 302 HO decals on the raise in the hood. Does this look too busy with the hood stripes and other decals? I can't make up my mind if it looks good or not.

I think it looks fine. Personally, I prefer just the "302" without the HO part but I see nothing at all wrong with what you have there.

I might be the odd man out and catch a little flak for it but I'm on the fence with this, and here is my reasoning. I think it looks great on the cars that have just the 5.0 badges or none at all. With the additional GT emblem above the 5.0 our 84's have, it makes it a bit busy for my tastes. It doesn't look bad and looks to be well done so it is a subtle mod that might be better looking or less busy if you were to look at the car as a whole and not just at the picture that paints that area as a focal point.

Ultimately, like any other mod, if you like it.....roll with it. If you decide you don't like it, it is easily removed. Everyone has their own opinions and yours is the one that counts the most.

No flak at all my man. I was thinking along the same lines. I had these on my 85 back in the day, but the 85 didn't have hood stripes or fender decals. I'm just going to leave them on for a while and see if it grows on me more. If not, removal is just a hair dryer away!

    Thanks for the input everyone.
