1979 Fairmont Futura located in Howell, MI 48843

200ci I6 with a factory floor shift automatic. I purchased from the caretaker of the original owner in SE OH with 43k miles, car now has 45k. Car sat for many years in a garage. After purchase many things were gone through to make the car roadworthy and reliable again. This summer I took it on a 700 mile trip with no problems. I always loved the looks of these but due to other projects it must go.

Instrumentation group (factory tach!)
A/C (does not work but all components present)
AM/FM stereo
Burnt Orange Glow Metallic paint

I added Turbo Coupe 10 hole wheels but also have original steel wheels and hubcaps.

Very nice car! Tempted but holding out. Why do you think someone put those screws in the dash pad? Is that what I'm seeing?

The PO, sometime in the 80's I'm told, put tiny bolts through...not sure why. I removed them and put the correct fasteners in through the bottom to hold the bezel to the dash. Too bad he did that because the dash pad is perfect otherwise.
