Paint them black so it's harder to tell that they are ten holes. Might be less noticeable then.

Default Final Primer of the Driver's Door

So I blocked with 180 then 240. It sure came out nice. I'm real happy about how it turned out around the door handle area. Monday I'll flip it and seam seal the inside.Name: IMG_3111.jpg

The more you paint, the more you make me really consider Kona Blue for my SVO!

    You're NOT HELPING DAVE!

I decided to try a paint scheme on my ten hole wheels, at least one of them. I used the trim grey on them. What do y'all think?Name: IMG_3170.jpg

like the wheel treatment! tho would like the window pockets in a brighter argent silver (personal preference). Nice blue! I tend to prefer the performance blue over the kona blue tho... again, personal preference.

    Thank you for the compliments.

There are several blues that I like right now. Kona just seem closer to the original while adding a little something to it.

I am not a fan at all of black wheels. I like em shiny. It makes me think that somebody doesnt want to keep their wheels clean and the black hides that.

    Well they are shiny black.

They look cool and it will be interesting to see them on the car with the the blue paint.

    Default Wheel Color

Ok, I think I might do a quasi SSP version with the wheels. Paint the holes the trim color, leave the rim silver and the center caps silver.Name: IMG_3176.jpg

Ditch the 10 holes and get a decent looking set of wheels that are worthy of all your work!

Oh the Blasphemy! A Fox owner who doesn't like the 10 holes! Yep! That's ME!!!

Your version looks better, but I never was a fan of the 10 holes, they just don't do anything for me personally!

I agree with you Trey, I just want these for the next year or so. I've got so much coin to spend at the moment that not worrying about the wheels would be a nice break.

These won't be my permanent wheels, but I will have them for a while I think. I have lots of other areas to spend money on at the moment!
I'm sure Dave will ditch the phone dials ASAP and save his beautiful coupe from the unpopular wheel.

What he is doing with these wheels though could be quite impressive with the way the final product looks. I think it is going to have a nice look with the polished lip, dark center and a little bit of contrasting green in it. Can't wait to see it.

Still beats rollin on 14" steelies though.

    I completely understand!

If you were running 5 lugs, I would give you a set of Cobra R's just to save the car from the 10 holes!

Bottom line the polished lip with the grey looks good . . . well for a 10 hole!
