      Default 3 spoke non cruise wheel

      Damn near mint condition. One blemish on the back side in the second photo.

      Not sure of a fair price, I saw one for $250

      How about $200 + shipping

      Not leather wrapped. That is the GT faux leather steering wheel.

      It's hard to tell from the pics. The stitching looks real to me and that's why I asked.
