Default New Addition To My Stable, this time a 84GT Turbo

Been after this car for 7 years, it's been a long time waiting for it to appear somewhere and thanks to Homer302 posting a pic from a car show a couple weeks ago I was able to track the car down using a wanted ad on craigslist in a certain area. This all came together quick with 83GTRAG going above and beyond to help me get this car to its new home. Thanks for all your help and a fun road trip 83GTRAG. Already put 125 fun miles on it. Some pics....

OUTSTANDING! I am so glad you found it. I saw it at AutoFair at Charlotte Motor Speedway in April and then at that show and I am certain I took a picture of the ad but I could not find it. So glad you got it and it's going to a good home.

    I'm intrigued...

This car has a serpentine belt instead of the original v-belts that my car has. How can this be?

Nice looking car by the way...I like the raccoon eyes on a GT.

Nothing better in life but to see a friend get his dream car! From the second I got the call, "I found the unicorn" until Joe got her on the trailer with title in hand, it was am exciting moment. That's was a cool car "run" and will be in our memories and history book forever.
Congrats Joe and thanks for allowing me be a part of it.
I am still tired from that trip but well worth how it all came together.

Lot of guys make the serpentine conversion using junkyard parts (87-88 T-bird Turbo - or 87-9? 4cyl distributor car) - I just did it on mine.

    Anyway looks awesome Joe.

Just so everyone knows, this car is largely a sleeper. You can see some mods in the pictures but this car is highly modified both engine and suspension wise. It is really a neat piece.
