    Dying is a part of living. It helps with closure to know how or why a friend died. Just like you wanted to know how they lived. A close friend of mine from HS died last year out in Montana. I needed to know why he was out there, and how he died. It didn't make him any less gone. But understanding this did help me "let go" of my friend.

    I'm not jumping to conclusions, but sleep apnea is a very real and true health concern. Many men have this without knowing. Snoring is not the only issue, but a person with sleep apnea actually stops breathing without ever knowing. You never reach REM sleep. This affects people of any age. I have sleep apnea, I sleep with a CPAP machine. I made the mistake of not taking the machine with me for a out of town trip. I didn't sleep for almost 4 days, I and severe anxiety because I could actually feel when I would stop breathing when I dozed asleep, even while sitting up. RIP.
