Default Rear disc recommendations for 89 mustang

I have a 89 notch with rear disc brakes that were made 5 lug from a turbo coupe thunderbird my ? What do i need to swap on 94+ without changing axles or is there a website or link that anyone knows..
Also this car has a porpotion valve on the left side and the stock non adjustable one from the factory (the gold one underneath the master cilinder) do i really need 2? Or ju s t get a new porportion valve and take off the factory one?

The factory valve has been gutted bc drum brakes and disk brakes run off of vastly different volumes of fluid.so yes you need the aftermarket valve (man this is a pain to type out on a phone)

If a turbocoupe set of brakes has been made 5 lug, woudln't that be the same as a 94+ for the rear?

Is the front still proportioned in a stock valve?
