Default 'Incredible' '84 Ford Thunderbird 5.0 LX TRX's $1950 (Seattle)

    Attachment 99632

    Incredibly original 1984 V-8 T-Bird. This pristine example was ordered new by Bill Pierre himself, of Bill Pierre Ford, for his wife at the time. It is loaded with all the cutting edge luxurious goodies a 1984 model year offered. And for that extra touch of cheesy class, it has a faux convertible top and personalized placards as installed in 1984. I have all the documentation from new. It has been inside storage for the last 9 years. It is in mint shape considering it is over 30 years old. It is turnkey ready to drive anywhere with only 92,468 on the clock. It is all original and loaded with the following factory options;

    Legendary 5.0 V8
    Power windows
    Power door locks
    Remote trunk release
    Air Conditioning
6 way power driver and passenger bucket seats
    Tilt wheel
    Cruise control
    Power driver and passenger mirrors
    Pivoting front vent windows
    Interval windshield wipers
    Electronic dimming rear view mirror
    Illuminated keyless entry system
    Power antenna
Premium AM/FM Cassette sound system with Dolby noise reduction
    Autolamp headlight delay system
    Front cornering lamps
    Illuminate entry light group
    Rear window defogger
    Premium TRX aluminum wheels
    Tinted glass
    Electronic clock
    "Tripminder" computer digital dash

Two tone Oxford White paint with lower accent treatment & Pastel Academy Blue velour interior.
Serious buyers should consider test driving this blast from the past. It truly represents 1984 luxury from Fords perspective, and many of the options clearly make this car a competitor to the Cadillac of its day. Completely original and unmolested. With the exception of the fuel gauge and remote trunk release, everything works. Like other things in life, the headliner is beginning to sag, but that's nothing an augmentation can't fix!

    Asking $1,950.00

Man, that thing is sweet! Even with that goofy top on it, looks like a great deal. Wish there were more pictures.

Incredibly ugly with that top, maybe. And it sure sounds nice, but we don't know with so few pictures. Hard to argue with that price though!

Could the top be removed? Cost to correct? Wonder how it was installed and the damage that would exist underneath? Agree that the price is very good.

I really like the 84-86 Thunderbird body style. Especially the Turbo Coupes!

I helped a guy remove a carriage roof off an 82 Mustang, PITA, tons of rust and holes to fill but it looked great when done. Might not be a lot of rust on this one but you won't know till you peel that roof back.

Holy cheap rides Batman. That thing is a STEAL. Some genius will buy that and blow it apart and make his money back 2X over in parts.
