Default My tac doesn't work after carb conversion.

Sorry I am drunk in case I mess this phone post up. I have been doing a carb conversion on my 1985 Mustang gt fiho and the tac doesn't work. What tells the tac where to be and how do I fix it? Thankz

Whether 4V or CFI, the tach takes it's signal from the 'ignition module side' of the ignition coil. But
if you're using a non-factory style ignition system, you may still need a tach adapter box.
    Cheers,

What would you recommend for one of those? And what do they do?

Are you running an MSD? If not, what are you running for an ignition box?

LS swaps are the hair implants of the car world. Sure the owner is proud, but everyone else is laughing.

Is that their HEI distributor? I have no experience with their products. Did you contact Pertronix or check their website for an answer?
