Twister II validator and VIN decoder

I made a VIN decoder specifically for the Twister II.

That decoder will only work for the 90 known Twister II VINs. If you enter a VIN that is NOT a Twister II it will tell you so. Hopefully this will help people figuring out if a T2 they are looking at buying or own is a real one or a clone.

I will try to modify the decoders later so that it will also display the exterior paint color, engine/trans combo, rear axle ratio, and roof option, all of which I know for all of the 90 known Twister IIs.
