Let me start by explaining that the ONLY reason I think this is so cool is that FINALLY someone put a Ford drivetrain in a Chevy. After decades of idiots doing the reverse.

I was looking for cars being parted out locally and stumbled across this.

On the negative side, it's an aerobortion. But being a t-top coupe is a major plus. That plus being the first year of the roller block and last year of the carbed 5.0. It would only take someone willing to undo the front end mess to be really cool.

Hey if anyone spots any 73-76 Capri please post them up! I'm kind of on a nostalgia kick for my old '76.5 Capri II and I'm passively looking for one. Always a dangerous thing..... lol

Default 1967 Ranchero with factory big block V8 - $1950 (Beaverton)

    Attachment 112242

    Attachment 112243

67 Ranchero - factory H code car originally equipped with a 390 V8, C6 automatic, and a 9 inch rear end. If you follow Ranchero's you will know that this was the first year that Ford installed a big block in a Ranchero. I ordered a deluxe Marti report on it (included with sale) which indicates that 960 Rancheros were produced in 1967 with that engine/transmission combination. A previous owner swapped a 429 4 BBL in place of the 390 at some point in its life. I do not have the original block.

When I bought it was non running with no keys or brakes. I replaced the key, ignition switch, battery cables, starter solenoid, and fuel line to get it running. For the brakes I replaced the master cylinder, the two rear wheel brake cylinders, and brake shoes. Still a project in the works, and not yet street legal until you sort out some electrical for the lights etc. Most of the electrical I have worked with on the car so far has turned out to be corrosion and dirty connections.

It had a pair of import bucket seats in it when I acquired it and I replaced them with a factory bench seat as originally equipped. Body is straight and appears to be fairly rust free. Floors are rusty but patchable, or just replace them to do it right. Car has the correct 390 power bulge hood with integrated turn signals. I purchased all new bulb sockets and wiring harness for the turn signals but they are not yet installed. Could use a good paint job or drive it as a rat rod. Interior needs door cards.

Car has sport wheels with trim rings and center caps. Note that the left rear tire has the spare on it as it has a slow leak and I got tired of it going flat in my shop. The 4th sport wheel with trim ring and center cap is included. Has all the stainless trim included if you want to put it back to a stock look. Includes shop manual.

    Washington title.

I'm moving soon so have priced it low for a quick sale. Cash deal, local sale, no bogus scam attempts please.

    Thanks for looking.

I'm not sure why this popped up when I did a search in the Los Angeles craigslist, but it looks interesting

Two 1982 MUSTANG GT IMSA - $20000 (Brookfield CT)

    https://losangeles.craigslist.org/la...130433402.html

Selling 2 Rare Mustangs with a european concept IMSA body, only a few were made back in the early 1980s. I have had these cars for almost 30 years and still really love them. The cars have some cool history to them and the are really one of a kind, as far as I know there are only 4 left like these. The grey one is in great shape still and the flat black one needs to be restored, both cars run great! I hoping that these cars can go to a great home or car collector . If interested, contact me with any questions. Reason for selling them, Im caring for my mother and we'll need the space at this time. The cars come with nice extra parts as well.

Can anyone confirm the legitimacy of the sale...sounds sad....

Daytonas and the IMSA replica production cars, not the Cologne Capri based race cars, are my all time fave Stangs, so I'm a little puzzled at what the other VIN number is for its matchmate.

The grey car has no details on the CL add

    The Black car is 1FABP16FOCF195420.

This is the one that is no longer in such wonderfull shape.

Leah Jung did a photo shoot with it back in 2011, at least, acording to the picture datestamps.

The black cars plate was blotted out, but it still reflected the same number

    Default 71 LTD Concert $1850

    Attachment 113292

    Attachment 113293
I WON'T RESPOND TO EMAILS OR TEXT'S ASKING IF THIS CAR IS STILL AVAILABLE. WHEN IT SELLS, AD WILL BE REMOVED. I WON'T NEGOTIATE PRICE OVER THE PHONE AND DUE TO SCAMMERS, WILL NOT EVEN RESPOND TO TEXTS FROM AREA CODES THAT ARE NOT WEST COAST.

This car was just featured on the website Barn Finds .com. The writer stated that it was a very good buy that wouldn't last long.

Just out of 26 year storage! 1971 Ford LTD Convertible. Parked in a barn in 1991, I bought it last fall and began waking her up. She now runs and drives up and down my driveway. (Have never had it out on the road yet). Has a 400 c.i. V-8 with an automatic. Many components are still asleep, so I wouldn't recommend driving her any distance until every system gets dialed in. As example: I haven't cleaned out the gas tank, so she is running off of a jug that is secured in the engine bay.... I didn't bleed the brakes, just filled the master cylinder, so brakes are still spongy. (Comes with a new master cylinder) etc.

Top goes up and down, but the fabric is completely gone off of the frame so it will need a new top. (Glass back window is still there and in great shape). Cracking bondo is visible in both rear quarter panels, so at some time there must have been some dents in these areas. There is no rust through visible anywhere, (but there is a spot behind the right rear wheel that is visible from under the car.)Rear bumper chrome is flaking and rusty. All but two pieces of chrome trim are still on the car. Door panels and glass are good, seats are usable (back looks really good actually), but both are brittle and will need recovering). The floors, rocker panels, trunk floor etc are all solid with this exception: In the right rear corner of the car there is a rust hole (not visible without crawling under car) that is about 1/2" wide and 2-3" long. A couple inches away there is another hole in the trunk floor directly in front of the right rear taillight. Both of these seem to be from the exhaust pipe dumping out right there. The rest of the car seem to be very solid. I'm trying hard to give an accurate description of the car so you won't be disappointed. Only 2 Cragar mags are on the car. I have 2 more, but they are just a tiny bit too wide to go on the back with out new shock absorbers or a slight (2") lift in the rear. Will even tell you that the pictures are very flattering and that the car may not look as good as the pics!!

Cool Car. Will be a blast this summer. Buy it to restore or just fix a few things and drive it as is! Either way it is an appreciating investment that will bring you a lot of smiles for just a few bucks.

I'm selling her only because I just don't have storage space for all of my cars. One of them has to go, and this is the newest one, so she has been selected to put on the block.

I won't negotiate over the phone though, so you'll have to come to Newberg to see the car before I'll talk final price.

Price is $1,850. Clear title in hand. Delivery may be negotiable depending on where you live.

I think this is a cool idea. But am I alone in thinking that they should've put a manual trans in it?

This almost makes me wish I had a kid to spoil by buying it.

    Kids truck bed - $4500 (K-town)

    https://losangeles.craigslist.org/la...366001174.html

I have a custom made children's truck bed for sale. This is a 1963 Chevrolet Apache pickup truck that we chopped down to perfectly fit a twin mattress (would even accommodate a twin XL). The entire truck has been sand blasted and then applied a powder coat system for extreme durability and safety. The gas tank has been converted into a piggy bank; the taillights and cab light are operational; and the tailgate folds down for a hidden drawer located underneath the truck bed. Dimensions are 72" wide x 84" long.

This is a cool piece of furniture built by our furniture fabrication shop. We build pieces to last and this is no exception.

Let me know if you have any questions or trades!

Interesting item, but I would think it would look better if they had either left the original patina or fixed the dents before applying new paint.
