Jeff,
Do you want to know why? Because I didn't think of that. That's why.
Well done.

What I've got so far. You can see the old pre dual exhaust routing.
Pay no mind as to why there's a compression fitting there, someone broke something. Then I disconnected the brake line from the soft line, unbolted the fuel lines, unhooked the e-brake cable, and carefully bent the brake line up into the trans tunnel .

You can see in the pic, that bracket I'm holding up. I'm almost positive the holes for it are already there. They line up perfectly and appear to be in the correct spot.
Got a little done today. On my car, the holes were already there, so I took a 5/16" tap, and threaded the holes to accept a bolt.
Drilled out the brake bracket, to accept a 5/16" bolt, and secured it to the car. Worked nicely.
Bent my brake line as a mock up, as this one is about 6" too long to attach to my factory line that I bent up into the driveshaft tunnel.
I should add Brock, that store bought line is 30". I had that compression fitting that someone used to repair my line, that I removed and flared. I lost about 6" or so on my factory line. I'm willing to bet, you could get away with a 20" as your rear line wasn't damaged.
Thanks for the info and pics! That should be of great value when I get there. After waiting and waiting, my Priority 2 day package that turned into Priority 6 day, finally showed up Friday! Guess it got stuck in North Carolina for 4 days riding the conveyor belts.

Going to throw this out here just out of curiosity. Forgive the crudeness of the bends on the line and the fact it is sagging, it's my test line and the final product will be bent using a bender and secured to the body with straps. Would this routing of the line be acceptable? I Know I can bend the factory line out and run the new line straight down the tunnel but.......if I could utilize this routing, I would not have to bend the factory line and make my joint along the frame rail in close to the original factory position. I test fit the tail pipe on the car and I do not see any interference issues with this routing.
Thoughts?

Resurrecting an older thread…
I’m doing this conversion on a 7.5 and have the center flex line and bracket mounted.
I am using intermediate line from Classic Tube. I do not know how it routes.
I know the Intermediate line runs in the tunnel but where/how does it cross over to the passenger side?
A pic would be great

Nice to see this come up, as I'll probably be confronting these issues myself in the not-too-distant future. Just a couple notes on brake lines, based on my experience over the years:
(1) If you need to join 2 lines, use SAE fittings. It's a 37deg single flare, so very easy to make. A -3AN male-to-male adapter, plus the appropriate tube nuts, and you're good to go. I used all steel parts; I imagine aluminum would be fine, but for my own peace of mind I wanted steel in the brake system. You can see a number of them here from when I installed ABS on my '89:
(2) The new Nicopp lines are super, super easy to use, and don't cost much more than the typical steel lines. You can easily bend the Nicopp by hand. I redid the hard lines on my '89's rear axle within the past year or two and used Nicopp lines - didn't need to use my tubing bender at all, just did it all by hand. I bought 2 40" lengths (which was way more than I needed, as I recall) of AGS Nicopp line from Amazon; the price difference compared to AGS's steel lines was only a few bucks.

Pete,
It crosses over to the pinch weld just in front of the rear frame rail.

Did you find that pretty bracket on Ebay, or did you buy an ugly used one and make it pretty yourself? The only ones I'm finding are used ones for $45 that look like one would expect a part off the bottom of a 30-year-old car to look. (Example.) I suppose if it's intact and the threads & sealing surface are good, what it looks like isn't terribly important, but it would be nice to have something that looks new (like yours) to install.

Pat,
LMR has started manufacturing these brake line brackets. No need to search junkyards.
