Are people interested in these stock speakers? I was just gonna pitch them, they are still in really good shape tho. And they work.

Doubtful really. The car we "upgraded" only had the single front Center speaker with AM. Now we have AM/FM and cassette and four speakers is now much better than one!

That's all I was getting at, cost of shipping. ...better than throwing them out.

I've learned to never throw anything out, you may be able to sell them or in the least give them away. You never know who may need/want them.
    Cheers!

I did the same. Except, not putting the speakers in the stock locations. I purchased 6.5" components for the door mounts; 6x7 two ways for the rear quarters; and two 10" subs for the rear seat delete. Using one four way amp for the F/R; one amp for the subs. Recovered the dash pad and eliminated the speaker openings. High end Alpine Head unit.

Sorry it's been awhile, got the system installed for the most part! Only difference is my wife got me pioneer speakers instead of the rockford set! Still sounds really nice! Happy so far with the Sony head unit! Will post pics asap

Just curious, did you ever toss or sell these speakers?

Years ago, I just chunked them as NO ONE wanted them. These days, you never know. If they all work, might be worth hanging on to them.
