1979 Mustang Pace Car

I bought this car as a parts car for my ongoing PC project. The car was described to me as a rough and rusty parts car. Upon its delivery I found it is far too good a car to part. It's a Turbo/4spd car with PS, PB, A/C. Other then that, it's pretty basic. The car 100% original and not butchered in any way. Car was converted to run without the Turbo and Turbo is missing along with the alternator. Retains all of its original paint and decals with exception of the right door that was repainted at some point. Door is the original door to the car. The car needs to be restored. Has some major rust around sunroof. No rust in the rest of the car. Has some floor pan cracking around the drivers seat. Car does not run! Engine does turn. I want to see this car go to someone that will restore it not part it. Like I said, car needs restored but other than the rusty roof it's a great original, straight car to work with. I'm looking for $2200 WITH a NOS roof skin. $1700 without the skin. I'm not looking to sell the skin separate. If not sold with car I'll keep it. Car is located in Concord NC.
