Yeah, that is really nice! Would you drive it? I would love to blow away some ricers and try play with a newer Porsche or something! Closed course obviously

Probably blow the ricers away, but a newer Porsche . . . That might be brutal. Fun, but not pretty.

Just give me the wheels and I'd be happy...id probably explode if I had the whole car. I wonder what it will fetch?

I like this excerpt from the article:
"We normally prefer our Fox Mustangs post-facelift and smooth headlighted"

Even a 4 eye this rare can't escape the prejudice of the later aeros and beyond.

Either way, I would love to have this one in the garage if I hit the lottery.

Ouch the comments on Hemmings are not so positive but Wilson is doing his best to bring them up to speed with real information; nice job! I'd say this car is in very good condition considering its age and hand built status. The estimate range is generous but considering the rarity of the unit if it gets close I wouldn't be too surprised. Is the owner on FEP?

Oh yeah? Well, plastic head lights SUCK! For several different function-related reasons...

In private hands since March of 1984, the Mustang has racked up just over 14,000 miles

That is a badass and badass looking car, but not as original as when Ford let it go out the door. I see a bunch of later and aftermarket parts. And what's up with that fan shroud?

That doesn't look like a Fox AC compressor, unless maybe it's the old style '79-'80 unit.

I guess it probably gets around the track better than it did in '84...

Looks like a correct 79-80 AC Compressor to me...at least what I am use to seeing on the Pace Cars. Just looks a bit different with that ID tag bolted on top of it.

That's great news! It will help to legitimize these cars as collectible. Hopefully it's the spark we need.
    Cheers!
