Default Smoked Tail Light Lenses & LED Bulbs

Just installed a set of smoked tail light lenses on the vert and replaced all the bulbs with LEDs. The LEDs are a lot brighter than the incandescent bulbs!

    Those are nice and bright.

Which manufacturer and model LED's did you use

All of the LEDs are from Super Bright LEDs. They're a little pricey, but the light output is excellent.

I also painted the reflector surfaces in the bulb housing a metallic silver while I had the lenses off.

No "hyper-flash" on the turn signals or hazards, probably because I left the front bulbs incandescent for now.

The only issue I have is that one of the bulbs in the third brake light glows dimly anytime the ignition is on. A load resistor should fix that...

Thanks, I have been looking at their site for a while and just haven't "bitten the bullet" to buy the yet. I guess I will now.

    A bit pricey...... Ummmm, WOW!

I counted over $100 for exterior, BEFORE going inside to the dash. Gotta look into this. Basically wanting dash set up.

Well do the dash soon! I have a 140 speedo setup to put in and that would be the best time for me to change the bulbs. Plcs please

Superbright is good stuff! You definitely get what you pay for with LEDs.

The no-load flashers can be had for cheap on Amazon. I paid $25 for both.

Superbright is definitely worth the $$ imho. Their customer service is great too. I had a defective bulb & they exchanged it without any hassles.

I have the no load flashers, just haven't gotten around to installing them or the front bulbs yet...
