That's great! Today was my last day in uniform. I am retired after 20 years 6 mos. I plan on visiting our local Veteran cemetery, this is where my 92 year old buddy was laid to rest. He served in WWII on the Coast Guard cutter the, Roger B. Taney, the Taney was commissioned in the Pacific War and actually was one of few that survived the attack on Pearl Harbor. He served from 42-45, even decades apart, he was young at heart and we became great friends one Memorial Day. He was like a brother, hard to describe, he was more than two times older than me, but having served in Iraq several times, we clicked. Of course he saw far worse than I can imagine. Thanks John "Jack" Foster, may you forever rest in peace.

We owe a great debt to our veterans, one that we can't hope to repay. They gave their lives in battles or in service, always remember their sacrifices and Thank You for your service.

Thank you all that have served for your services. Congrats 83gtstang on your retirement, my brother in law also just retired from the Air Force and he says it is a really weird feeling as that is all he has done for the past 20 years.
