Default 1979 Mercury Capri Turbo RS hesitation issue

After finding out that the worn out head gasket couldn't hold 15psi it popped, was expecting something to happen. I have replaced the head gasket and hooked up all vacuum lines to correct location. The exhaust manifold is cracked and crossover pipe has a slight gap when bolted to the turbo. At idle it sits at 10 lbs of vacuum but as soon as you touch the gas it wants to fall on its face like not enough fuel or timing is being retarded to the point it trys to die until you lift off the gas. Next issue when cruising around and you try to get it into boost it again falls on its face then clears up. Could the cracked exhaust manifold and minor exhaust leak be causing this? Timing is spot on, cam timing mark is correct, cylinder 1 is at tdc and dizzy is on plug wire #1

Sorry 10 inches of vacuum not 10 lbs. Did some rerouting of vacuum lines and runs decent. Problem is when it makes 1 lb of boost it retards the timing so bad it makes no power. Vacuum line hooked up wrong?
