Spammer trying to use my account?

Hey guys, long time since Ive been here. So, imagine my surprise when I recieved an email just now saying someone made 5 failed login attempts with my user name. My best guess is its a spammer hoping to pose as a normal member. Just thought Id let the powers that be know something fishy is going on.

I wish I could come here with the news that Ive found and was able to purchase the Zephyr Ive been looking for, but alas, such is not the case. I no longer have my Aerostar, but I did stick with the Blue Oval by way of a 1995 Ford Taurus. Im very happy with it, its a great car, but I still miss my Zephyrs and still plan to own another one day. Ive always been fond of the second generation Taurus, especially with the 3.0L, and so I plan to keep it as long as I can. It really fits me quite well. Its comfortable, good on gas, handles well and over the past year and a half, has been very reliable. Cant ask for much more.

Thanks! I found a Zephyr Z-7 on the west coast (Oregon or Washington I think) as well as an 81 Granada in Oregon (both with my beloved 200 cid 3.3L I-6), but Im too broke and too far away.

At first, I didnt want a Granada or any other Fox besides a Zephyr, but that Granada spoke to me, lol. I emailed the owner to correct some misinformation in the ad, and we've been corisponding a bit ever since.

I found a car locally that Id love to have, but its not a Ford product. Its a last-of-the-RWD Oldsmobile Delta 88 Royale Broughm coupe. Has the original Olds 307 V-8 that runs perfect. Its in excellent condition with new paint (not my color choice, but its well done), a new vinyl top and the guy only wants $1500 for it, which I think is a steal. Being that the Foxs are so far away and the price of this Olds is so reasonable, I'd probably go with it if I had the money. Id probably have to sell my Taurus to get it, and there is no way thats going to happen, so it remains a dream at this point.

I have gotten that e-mail before. I kinda wonder if it is just the website trying to get you to come back. Maybe an automated thing if you don't log in after a certain amount of time?
