How to Restore Windshield Washer/Coolant Reservoir?

I have a windshield washer/coolant reservoir in pretty good shape, and I would like to make it look good again. I cleaned it up until it is smooth and spotless, but the clear plastic still has an old, yellow look to it.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to make the clear plastic reservoir look "clear" once again?

"IF" you can remove the lid safely, you can clean them up very well. Then re glue the lid down.
