    Default Motor Mount Part Numbers

    I am in need of the correct part numbers for the motor mounts used on a '84 1/2 Ford Mustang GT350 with a 5.0, 5 speed. Does someone possibly have correct pictures to use to compare with my existing mounts?

    Thanks in advance Gary

    According to my part listing, the motor mounts for 84 5.0 engine are broken down into part year numbers.

    Prior to 12/1/83, the part numbers are;

    E3ZZ 6038-J (r/b E3ZZ 6038-L and E1BZ 6031-A) L/H
    E3ZZ 6038-H (r/b E3ZZ 6038-K and E1BZ 6030-A) R/H

    After 12/1/83, the part numbers are;

    E7ZZ 6038-F L/H
    E7ZZ 6038-E R/H

    Remember that these are service part numbers, which are different than the engineering number. The part numbers are on the packaging the parts come in and were used by the parts department at the dealerships to track parts. The engineering number is usually stamped on the part itself, and though it could be similar to the part number, it may also be different.

    I don't have any pics, but maybe you could Google the part numbers.
    If they take my stapler, then I'll set the building on fire...

    -seems like the after builds also required the use of the later cross member or modification of the original....
