Default Snow Drift or Drifting in the Snow ???

I saw THIS VID on The Rachel Maddow Show.

You have to give props to this reporter for remaining calm.

BTW, I think Rachel Maddow is so beautiful. I'd luv to hang out with her.

I don't know, she might be a car hater, she seemed kind of emotional about the story.

Of course the reporter "kept her cool," she never saw the car until it was past her.

I loved driving around in central NY in my RWD "winter beaters". Not only snow throttle steering around corners but I would literally be driving down the road, decide to throttle it and crank the wheel, do a 360, and then continue driving on down road in the direction I was originally headed. Only when there was nobody else around of course.

Bah just my regular commute to work. It isn't morning without it. Debated getting rid of the vic for something more politically correct but sideways in the snow is worth the extra 10-20$ in gas.

Awesome. I do that in my truck all the time. with 4wd you can hold drifts like that as long as you want with forward progress. We used to have "snow racing" at work at night on nights that it snowed around the building. Then somebody had to stuff their rabbit into the back of the warehouse causing a bit of damage ruining all our fun.

I'm not confident enough in getting control back with RWD drifting. At least with e-brake s***ties, it's super easy.

Call me crazy, I actually like driving in the snow, with a rwd or fwd.
I'll drive the Saturn but bliping the throttle to keep control is more like flying a WWI Spad than driving a car.

On the rare occasions we get snow, I always wanted to find places to do doughnuts. I was on my way to work one morning and looking forward to stopping off in the Food Lion parking lot because it was big, had few light poles, and I knew it would be closed. I get there and the snow is obliterated. Go on into work since fun was cancelled by some idiot and it turns out my boss who had a Dodge dually pickup was the one who cleaned the parking lot out doing goughnuts. The one day I get to work after her LOL.

Um, I had never heard that before so I Googled it. I don't think that belongs on this site if it has only the one meaning.

you cant really tell what its until some one point it out, but you can turn off the sound and watch the epic drift the guy made in front of news. That is pretty good drift.
