motor mount concern

After doing a search here and reading up I decided to use the SN-95 motor mounts since mine in my car for some reason the drivers side looks fine but passenger side only has 1 bolt in the block it self because the other hole is off like 1/4 to 3/8 a inch almost like the mount got flattened out some how? It was originally a V-6 and PO put a 5.0 from a 89 LX into my 1984 LX, anyway I read where the SN-95 mounts drop the engine like 3/4 to 1 inch and if this is true what happens to the angle of the rest of the drive train to how it is set now? When I got the car it was lowered and pulled all that crap off and raised it back up to stock height! Also I take it these can be changed with the motor in the car? Thanks in advance
