Default Any one know how to track your old car that you sold ?

I try track down my first mustang, I been telling myself this every day, but day go by, and its been 2 years, I havent gone to DMV or run a carfax or hire a detective .... I havent do any of that, mabe this is the day I must to do this, any one know some one or friend that can track this info on ? I can pay.

I still have the owner manual and old insurance card that had the VIN on it. I dont know why I hold on to this back then, mabe some day I want it back or something, but here is the day.

its Black 1998 Mustang GT 4.6L 5 speed, have a 2003 mustang PI intake, flowmaster, black interior leather. I sold it back in 2004-05, MY FIRST mustang and my first american car., and my daughter is grown up on this, one time when she was 3, after buckler her seat bell up, I went back of the trunk to put up the stroller, she unbuckler her seat belt and jump to the front and lock the door, I was scare as H***, i keep telling her to unlock the door, she just laugh and laugh and shift the gear, play with the radio... well pull out my black berry and record it , anyway that time I was scare, but its was one of the memory with her and this mustang.

That was a nice car. I'd like to know the fate of all the cars I've sold over the years. Most recently my 2004 GTO that I traded in 2013.

True. The thirdgen F bodies don't have the same level of aftermarket that the Fox has. My 90 Formula was an awesome car though. 225 hp/300 lb.tq stock and I had just about every bolt on. I used to run with a lot of GT's and LX 5.0's back in the day. And the handling was amazing. Dare I say it on this site?...it was actually my favorite car

Id like to know what happend to my 77 Datsun 280z and my 79 Monte Carlo. Sadly, I think I know the fate of my 76 Stingray... rumor has it the new owner wrapped it around a tree, but would love to know for sure. It was a low mileage car and I was the second owner.

Eh, I don't see the problem here. We're in the General BS forum on a thread dedicated to cars we owned..that may or may not include a Mustang. Who cares?

I'm really getting the itch to buy another 1992 Acura Integra. I've been thinking of trying to track it down as well, but I'm willing to bet it's been scrapped or molested. I might consider picking up another one in the same colour eventually.

It was such a fun car to drive. Handled very well, and felt pretty peppy actually. I didn't seem to mind the fact that it would occasionally die on me for no apparent reason.

Here's one of the only remaining pics I have of it. This was taken shortly after I got the Capri!

Integra ( honda hatchback ) is one of the highly most wanted car for import guys that want to modified , finding a stock one with 5 speed is hard now aday. I alway have soft spot for them also, imagine you get really good gas miles on those too. I would say look for it

its also rare and value go up similar to our fox body, similar to 240sx, 180sx... honda hatchback....true GSR ( this is expensive, 10-20k now ), supra ( been looking for ever for this )... I alway want one of these stock, without wing, body kit, cold air intake...... for daily drive ..
