Default Pictures form the Junkyard Today

Went to the junkyard today to look for a inner apron for my 85 notch. It was Tosys in Wrentham MA.

A few more. I cut the passenger side inner apron from the white capri with flames on the fenders.

    Excellent pics! Thanks for sharing.

I had a set of these wheels (Econoline or F150 wheels, I've heard them called) which I ran on my '82 and then my '84. The one was scratched just like that! Those wheels went away on my '84, which as far as I know, went to Tennessee.

I've never seen that many Foxes in one place other than a Fox Junkyard… I'd love to poke around those cars.

I hope you pulled a ton of parts. Is that a mustang specific yard? How are the prices?

Grab those center caps on those wagon wheels, they would pay for your entire haul.

The people that run the yard must love Mustangs.
I see first and second generation Mustangs in the back ground.
Seeing the red convertible is a little freaky. Same hub caps, white roof, and I have white walls on the back.
Even with that I have to make a note of this parts mine.

Used to be a couple places like that here. One owner died and the other retired right about the time steel prices were way up. Both were completely scrapped out! Not a single car left anywhere which included lots of fox cars amongst other things.

It is all mustangs. It was a last minute decision to head up there with the weather being so nice yesterday. Only had a limited amount of time. I only bought the apron I cut from the Capri. I am planning on making a trip back at some point. The prices seems ok but the guy certainly knows what the stuff is worth. I have heard from some others that his prices where high.

A friend of mine bought a 85 4 cyl coupe from them for $1,500.00 bucks 5 years ago. It was rust free everywhere and the body was mint. He bought it to swap in his drivetrain from the 86 G.T. he totaled. He still has it today. Even the interior was mint. We must of hit the place on the right day to find that one.

WOW! I'd be in heaven there......I want that early coupe's steering column so I can attach my 78 sport steering wheel to my 85. Although it looks like it still has the it's sport wheel on there.

It's a fun place to poke around but I won't buy sh*t from him because of his prices. He won't budge either. I find better deals on craigslist, it's more of a hunt but worth it.

The old guys I used to go to wouldn't even charge me most of the time or it was like 5-10 bucks for anything short of an engine or tranny. Gone are them old timers and those yards. Now in today's super market of auto salvage there isn't deals there once was and most won't let you in the yard.

It's called Tosy's Mustang Farm in Wrentham Ma. He's been dealing in Mustangs for years.

Funny I took a picture of the same yellow mustang from the other post. Looks like they have less cars now.

Ford 5.0 , when can you go back to that yard. If you can, can you please check that white convertible, check inside, engine , and quick look see if it rust on door and frame..... and does it have title ( that is most important, im not put all my hope it does have title , but let hope it does ),I have a 5.0 engine and transmission that can put in that. I can paypal you some money for doing this. Let me know.
