Lots of US vehicles wind up over there. Really sucks for this guy though. I just wish we could get some of those terrorist-spec rice burners over here. A hilux turbodiesel crew cab 4x4 that got over 30MPG. Heck yes!

if they previous owner of the truck could have a do-over he probably wouldn't be too lazy to remove his company name from the truck before he sold it!

He should have stipulated (in writing) on the sales contract, that the dealer was responsible for removing the company name. That would probably stand up loud and proud in court.

It's interesting that the people threatening him can't follow the logic of how the truck made it's way to the Middle East and let him off the hook. It appears to me that they really don't want to accept the truth because then they can't feel justified in their unreasonable aggression. Come to think of it they are really just like the terrorists. They take their fear and allow it to gain control. Find an ideology to subscribe to that supports their paranoia. Act illogically with full justification. They can't (won't) see that they themselves are committing an act of terror on a poor innocent business owner.
