Please decode 2 85 GT's

Attachment 77795For my white GT I have door, buck and diff. tags but on the black GT I only have a buck tag. Thanks to the PO the diff. tag is missing and door was painted over but I took a pic of the VIN.

How many miles on the white GT? What is the fourth digit by the screw hole on the buck tag (039_)? Does it have any of the following options?

light group (underhood light, glove box light, buzzer when lights on and driver door open [key not in ignition])
premium sound system ("Premium Sound" printed on factory radio faceplate, amplifier under center of dashpad)

The mileage is 92,329. Sadly, I cant make out anything beyond 039. If it came with premium sound it was removed by PO but it does have the light group although the light under hood was removed by PO. Oddly enough they replaced the 7.5 with an 8.8 but kept the original tag and placed it on the diff. The black Mustang(Shadow) still has the 7.5 to my sons dismay lol Thank you for decoding the tags for me

The black Mustang has 98,408 miles and it too has the light group and as with the white Mustang, the stereo had been removed and replaced. It did have a goldish brown tint but only know that because of remnants found on bottom portion of glass when I replaced the window motors and locks

How right you were! Had to wirebrush the back but it revealed a 3, making it 0393. Also, there are 2 numbers punched out on the tag...the number 1 to the left of AC. To the right of AC is 03 and just below the 0 the number 2 is punched out...is there any purpose or significance for that?
