I am finally done with the rust and floor repair. After over a year (I took a long break) of sand blasting, POR15, Eastwood rust converter and encapsulater, Rustoleum, and Herculiner. Now I can focus on putting the suspension back in followed by brake lines, and the fuel system.

Front and rear suspension almost completely installed. Tighten a few things and move on the brake lines next weekend!

For those of us (mainly me) who don't know, what is that brake set-up? No brake booster? Is that a manual system? I see you have the brake lines going to something on the inner fender. I take it that is a power assist of some sort? I apologize for my ignorance lol

Looks like a manual brake setup with a line loc solenoid on the inner fender. Based upon the rear axle setup, I would bet this is being setup for drag racing.

    Looks Good!

Yes, manual set up with a proportioning valve for the rear brakes and line lock for the front. Going with manual because the booster won't fit with a coyote based engine. If I am not happy with manual I may switch later to a hydroboost setup.

Wow. Awesome. It looks like that thing might actually fit under the stock Pace Car Hood scoop based on the pictures.

In the back it will. Not so sure about the front. I'll post after I try it.

This weekend was about test fitting the PG transmission to the CJ crate engine and it was a success! The most amazing part was how well the American Racing coyote swap headers fit. Looking at it you would not think any headers would fit but they are a work of art.

How did you get a stifflers cross member to fit? I am doing a 4.6 2v in my pc with the tr3650 and they don't make a cross member for a 79 fox....

I haven't posted here in over a year. I found myself unable to post pictures and I still can't figure out why. Anyway, the car is still in progress. It runs now but still has a few bugs to work out before being torn down for paint. This is a link to an article recently done about the car. http://www.dragzine.com/features/car...bra-jet-power/ Looks like you may have to copy and paste into your browser.http://http://www.dragzine.com/featu...bra-jet-power/
