It's cool that someone decided to make these, they are always missing from used Marchals. Are you gonna paint them black or do something different? Are they for your GT350?

First 2 cat heads arrived. Appearance of being cut and then media blasted. Impressed. Plans are to either paint or powdercoat semi gloss black

That's great, that is exactly what I have been looking for for my 86. Question is, what adhesive is recommended to attach them to the lens that will stand up to the heat and vibration?

Good question. That was brought up in a conversation with Mike (TopGear85) a couple days ago. Do not have that answer. Hopefully better than what was used from factory.

I was even thinking rear view mirror adhesive. The cat heads weigh much less than a mirror, and like rear view mirrors it's a metal to glass bond. But do the lenses get hotter than a windshield in direct summer sun?

Thinking of researching an LED conversion. LED doesn't even come close to the heat range as conventional bulbs. Who has bulb information for bulb number?

Are you talking about the stock bulbs for the Marchal lights? They are H2 55W Mini Fog Bulbs if that is what you are after.
