I used broader internals in the c4 I built for my bronco. It handles a 408 and 37" tires. No complaints.

Whats your our reason for e85? Are you running really high compression now?

I'm not going to be doing the E85 this year as I had planed due to some unforseen expenses. The compression is around 11.5:1. It will be fine on pump gas as long as I'm on top of the tune...I do plan on using at least a 150 shot of nitrous on this engine. I'm glad you've had luck withe c4...I spent a half hour on the phone with Jay at broader before I bought anything...he actually saved me a little money steering me away from something that I didn't need.

Fired up the new combo for the first time. It sounds a little angry!

We're not fast racers, we're more what's known as half fast racers.

I guess it's been quite a while since I've updated. I spent most of 2017 getting the car dialed in. September 2017, I had some catastrophic engine failure. Located a 466 short block that was used as a dyno mule and only had a few hours of run time. I swapped my heads, cam, and intake from my old engine. I made it to the track last fall...Right off the trailer, it ran a 10.70 @ 129. I also backed it up with another 10.70 and 10.72. Still on 93 octane! There is still a lot more left in it!
