That's what I have in my 84 Gt350. Both NOS pieces. I don't think the SVO wheel came in a box NOS. Just wrapped with the yellow sticker like above. That's how every one I saw came. The regular wheels did though. I have an 86 wheel NOS in the box.

Nope, all NOS SVO wheels came in a box as well. Made in Canada, the wheels are wrapped in plastic with a yellow label stating to be removed by owner (just like what Mike is offering up). I have two of them on my shelf.
