Here's an idea Mike came up with, more "period correct". As I am a huge Flyers hockey fan, I was considering Black and Orange maybe a house of colors Orange that does some changingName: side stripes.jpg

Love the renderings. Looks like you are getting on the body faster than I thought you would. I think at AM Show I heard you say you weren't a body guy and weren't looking forward to that part of it.

    Love the progress so far.

Lol I am learning! The plan is to build the framework for I and then hand it off to a sheet metal guy.

So I'm once again at a stand still with this project. A few weeks ago I had a huge falling out with my buddy who's shop it's currently residing in. All I can say is it sux when someone you thought was your friend pimps your wife out.
I'll be moving the car back home as soon as I can find a place to store my 02.

Sounds like you have an issue with the Mrs. too.

Best of luck. Nice thing about a car is that as long as you have dry storage you can just let it set until you feel like getting back at it.

Yea that's been my focus and were trying to work it out. Everyone makes mistakes and marriage ain't easy but made a promise. Good times and BAD I think is how it goes. It never went too far so I can forgive...... Someday.
Probably best to leave the car alone for a bit, trying to focus on it is impossible.

Also as they say you cant hide your lying eyes woman. Beware. I had to push mine out, her mouth said one thing her eyes said a whole other thing. It cut me to the bone to move her out as she was saying why ? I paid for her place for 6 months and she never came to see me once in that time. So was she mad or was she happy? Who knows, only god.

So just opening the hatch would be an easier build but way harder to work on the powertrain.
Plus just opening the hatch would just be to simple!!

Here's another twist..... Make it tip up ... Like a hatch back! haha!

Piece of mind it wont tip back at 200mph

But either way, I like that!
