I think that should be plenty. I am surprised that SMS didn't give you any yardage numbers. I believe several years ago when I talked to them about Recaro seat materials they told me @ 2 yards of the insert and 1.5-2 yards for the wrap. I could be wrong, but at 3 yards for each vinyl I think you will be fine.

Are you going to do the work yourself ---- or have it done? I would think that (if you are having it done) the upholstery shop would tell you how much to buy.
