    Little higher and they could have just put them on the cowl with the wipers.

    A new one I am seeing more and more on 83-84 GTs is the decal and the emblem get flipped. The decal goes on OVER the emblem!

    1984 Mustang GT owned since 1991 (first car). Mercury Mountaineer GT-40P engine, some suspension mods, currently undergoing a five lug SN95 brake upgrade and more suspension mods. Some minor body and interior mods have been done as well.

    supposed to be an original 84 GT but the 5.0 emblem location looks too close to the door

    That is definitely too close to the door. I know that is supposed to be a low mileage unmolested car, but that just ain't right.
