Default 1987 lx 5.0 not sparking

Hey Folks Please chime in if you have any ideas. Bought a 1987 LX 5.0 T Top beast sittin' under a tree for a long time. I'm trying to bring this beast back to life. I added a fresh gal of gas, ck'd the wires and plugs, bugged the coil out, replaced the TFI module but no spark. I then ck'd the six fusible links all seam ok. Turns over great. Pulled #5 plug no spark. Nothing. Any ideas???? PLease!! Greg

First make sure the dist is turning, then check for voltage at the coil. It may be a pickup in the dist? Not sure what tools you have to check signals to the coil?
