Aren't these supposed to be studs, not threaded holes?
I believe they are 3/8-16 IIRC, but I am not anywhere near a Mustang and haven't measured a set in several years. They are a standard size, so you can pull your seat studs and take them to your local hardware store and match them up very easily.
Good Luck!

pretty sure the nuts are metric and take a metric socket.
I also found this matches the threads in the floor, Metric M10x30 1.5 Pitch

I believe that is true for the later 4E, but I believe the early car are still standard. Although I could be wrong!
I am still out in the field with no Mustangs to be seen! I can check later in the week if I get relieve out here as I am supposed to.
As I said before to the OP, just pull a seat stud out and take it to your local hardware store and you can match it up quickly no matter if it's standard or metric.

Luckily LMR is never wrong. . . .
As I said, you might be right, the last Mustang I did any swapping of seat studs on was my Pace Car for it's SFC and I vaguely remember the threads being standard, but you know I am over 40 now and they say the memory is the first to go . . . or wait, maybe it was something else!

my 83 cat was metric. Was surprised.
Due to the type of end on the bolt I couldn't check all the spares I had. Maybe they don't want you to chase the threads of the bolts?
7/16"-20 UNF was what I came up with. Note the die marks on the bolt. It's almost triangle shaped and took off the high spots in three spots. I would think that is to help lock them into place.
Pretty sure they were 15 mm when I installed the seat extensions.

Just as a point of interest since I was taking out the passenger seat to replace the original heater core; my 86 SVO had studs in the forward 2 pan holes with nuts holding the seats and the rear 2 were bolts......I had thought I'd find all 4 the same, not 2 and 2....?
