Did you drill out the spot welds for the spare tire well? I am scraping out seam sealer right now haha

I got the spare tire well out, took longer to find my spot weld cutter then actually removing it.
All right, I'm just going to fill it in on my car. What's your plan?
Flat panel with some bead roller work. Are you doing a cage for your car?
Any updates?
My junk has been on the back burner.
Doing some wiring and finishing up running the brake lines. I had to find the v8 hard line to soft line bracket for the rear brakes for a reasonable price. Some places wanted $60 for it. ah...no.
Time for it to go in for a cage.....The hold up is I need a-pillar trim. Anyone got a lead on some? I've heard 83-86 LTD/Marquis pieces will fit. Can anyone confirm?
So what does everyone think for the seat re-upholstery. All black or all red or red with black inserts? Click on pic..

Isn't this car mini-tubbed?
Looks great! Red with black would be cool!

Two steps forward and one step back.....I said what the hell and went ahead and started installing these from Lyons. So, out came the rear again.
Great looking welds you got there. I'm SOO glad I'm done with that part.
I wish I could say those are mine and I'll be really glad when I'm past this part of the build.
Interior parts?

Many thanks...
Sorry no, and the car isn't where I can get some for you quickly but I will when I can. They fit really well and I don't see them being a point of failure.

Time to put all the glass in. I have the metal trim, and the back side glass, that is all. I'll probably have a shop do it but what exactly will they need for:
The windshield - does it require rubber molding?
The rear glass - does it require rubber molding?
Back side glass, do they require clips?

Really nice looking car. Like your choice of paint.
Good luck finishing up.
