Advice?

I'm trying to get my louver back on my 83 Predator. The original connector clips are missing. I've tried Dallas Mustang, CJ Pony, and a local specialty glass shop. The closest thing I can find is a complete louver kit. But why change the entire thing when all I need is the clips to keep the original? Thoughts?

The hardware for those louvers is one of the harder things to find..even harder than the louvers themselves. Sometimes the original mounting kits pop up on eBay, but you never know when the next one will appear, and then you have to battle against a bunch of other people that are missing the same parts.

The only other option I can think of is trying to find a machine shop to fabricate the parts you need. Beyond that I don't know what else you can do?
