Feelers for 1979 5.0 Coupe

Hi all,
Long time lurker, first post. I am finally considering selling my bright yellow 5.0 custom coupe. I have owned this car since 1984 and it has a very storied past. The story is that the car made the rounds around the country as a Sony Show Car. It still has 11 Sony speakers in the car along with an original amp and equalizer. I have some more of the parts still in a box. I bought it from a friend from High School who had bought it from Sony. I really do not drive the car anymore and it is a shame to just let it sit. I have done much work over the years including a refreshed 1982 5.0 engine, new paint, quad shock set up, cat delete dual exhaust, chrome 16inch wheels and much more. The trans is a T-5 that needs new synchros. I also have an attic full of parts that will be included with the car. Way to much to list. I am looking for opinions on what you think this car is worth. That's a tough one, because it's so custom. I'm sure a lot of money has gone into making this car, but because it's "one persons vision" you will have to find a buyer that shares your style, if you want top dollar. From the pics the car looks like its in great condition, but are there any trouble spots? Rust or damage?

You should just keep it, considering you've had it all these years. Maybe give it a full makeover and have fun with it again? If it was me I would repaint it something cool like bittersweet or caramel, ditch the Kamei front air dam for a Saleen or pace car air dam, and throw some Saleen graphics on the side. That would give it a new identity and maybe make it fun for you again?

Thanks for the reply Mike. I really do not want to sell the car but I have 4 cars that need garaging and a 3 car garage. If I had a place for it, I would do some work on it and enjoy it again. Time to move on I guess.
