    Default Driveshaft Question

My fairmont came with a 4cyl 4 speed and I'm swapping in a SBF with a t5 and wondered what driveshaft I should use? Or is there one that fits or am I going to have one built.

I had a four cylinder four speed RAD 79 Mustang I swapped a T5 into and the same driveshaft worked fine. The T5 wasn't any longer than the four speed and had the same spline count. I don't know what four speed you currently have.

Yep, this. My car came with the oddball 6.5" rear (unusually long driveshaft), but when I swapped to an 8.8, I got the driveshaft I'm using from a C4/7.5 LTD wagon.
