    Nice car!
They get a lot of respect on the road even if the license plate gives them away as non-govt.
People are hesitant to get close, which is good.
Drivers of these have no problem getting the right of way merging onto a freeway.

That looks like a Mercury Marauder (not a P71/CVPI) to me.

Thinking the same. More pics please. IF a Madauder, enjoy buying tires. A buddy of mine has one and told me that tires were one offs by Goodyear.

Ding Ding Ding, give that man a prize.

It's an 03, just under 100k. Got it from the original owners with a book of paperwork for everything done since new.

The tires are BFG and the rears went disc. But the last owner just replaced them and there are other options out there.

OK, you threw me off with the "cop car" statement.

I've looked at those a few times to replace my 1999 P71. They're ridiculously expensive to buy compared to an actual P71/CVPI.

I got this one under $10k. Way better than a p71 but with the cost!

I'm sure a lot of people on the road will assume it's a cop car which is probably why he called it that.

May seem a lot for a older car, but 10k nowadays for a solid car in great shape is a deal compared to new car prices.
It has a frame too. With proper care it will outlast most on the road today.

Definitely consider additional stout anti-theft measures/procedures.
Stealthy rides attract steal(thy) thieves. Hard to recover one because of what it does not look like.
