Default 1986 Lincoln Mark VII Bill Blass

This '86 Lincoln was on the DFW craigslist a few weeks ago and was subject of a thread on here. I eventually took a look at it and bought it.

It has not been painted or had any major work done, and is in really nice shape. The original owner bought it for his wife to drive. It was her daily driver until she passed away. At that point, it sat for a while, until he needed to sell it because it reminded him of her so much. He then sold it to a good friend, who owned it until now. The friend only sold it because he bought an old hot rod and needed to clear up some space.

It has 74k miles on it, and aside from a dirty engine, looks great. Nearly everything works on it. The last owner got rid of the old air suspension, which will make for one less headache for me down the road.

Here is an album of photos:

Very, very nice. I knew that I should have pounced on this one ---- and I actually considered doing just that instead of starting the thread here. In the end, tis car has gone to a good home ---- so congratulations on the purchase ---- and keep me in mind if you ever decide to part with it.

There are still lots of nice ones out there apparently. Nice Mark, makes mine look like a parts car.
1984 Mustang GT owned since 1991 (first car). Mercury Mountaineer GT-40P engine, some suspension mods, currently undergoing a five lug SN95 brake upgrade and more suspension mods. Some minor body and interior mods have been done as well.

Rest assured, a good owner such as yourself will always get an invitation if I part with one of the cars.

    Sweet ride!

You don't often find them in that nice condition.
